The Miami Beach Museum connects a school, a convention center, some residences and a park with the proposed museum with direct pathways at the end of their original circulation corridors. The museum is a background landmark for this corridors with a stairway at the end of each pathway welcoming traffic into the building. The museum is lifted off the ground to let space flow below uninterrupted, but also conforms interior and exterior spaces on ground and second level with its fragmented volumetry. The street front frames the park beyond welcoming the pedestrian under the building into the museum. The building will blend with the tree crowns in the future.
