Low cost loft building module: the
units are located over the parking circulation, which has the widest span in
the parking column grid. The column span is the widest possible for the post
tensioned slab thickness designed. Beams are not needed saving on concrete
formwork cost and mechanical space. The open corridors & balconies shade
the perimeter walls & reduce the a/c area.
